Caleb Holloway serves as Associate General Counsel with Atrium Health’s internal legal department, the Office of General Counsel. Caleb handles a broad range of matters that primarily involve employment law and policies, and related litigation. He works in close partnership with Human Resources and other internal business leaders. Caleb leads the Office of General Counsel’s efforts in the Diversity & Inclusion space and he is the supervising mentor for its legal externship and clerkship programs.
Prior to joining Atrium Health, Caleb practiced in a law firm that specialized in employment, healthcare, corporate transactional, and business litigation matters. Caleb entered the legal profession after about twelve years in leadership roles for two Fortune 500 retail companies. He earned his Juris Doctor from the Wake Forest University School of Law, where he authored two articles that are published in the school’s Journal of Business and Intellectual Property Law. Caleb earned his Bachelor of Science in Economics (magna cum laude) from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. North Carolina has been home for his adult life, after spending his childhood in Alaska. He lives in Charlotte with his husband Chip and their Doberman boy, Duke.
Although Caleb does not identify himself a survivor of sexual abuse, he considers himself a strong ally to those who are close to him and to the broader community of abuse survivors.
