Biography
Carolyn obtained her Masters of Arts in Counseling from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate and a Certified Partner Trauma Therapist candidate.
Her previous experience is with women and men who have experienced domestic violence, relationship issues, and betrayal trauma. Her strengths are geared toward working with adults and adolescents who find themselves stuck in cycles of surviving, then supporting them in finding self-trust, self-confidence, and empowerment to help navigate to a place of thriving.
Carolyn grew up in nearby Davidson, NC and attended the University of North Carolina at Greensboro for her undergraduate studies. She and her husband reside in Charlotte and have two grown adult children and four grandkids. She enjoys spending quality time with her nearby family and friends, watching real-life crime shows, serving in various ministries at her church, and traveling.
