Biography

Teresa Simmons is a former Bank of America Human Resources executive. She is moving into her next chapter as a retiree with over 34 years of varied experience in HR and management.

She successfully built, led and developed multiple teams of HR professionals in addition to managing various projects throughout her extensive career. Her most recent role consisted of leading a team of HR professionals responsible for coaching and providing targeted career development support to managers, enabling more effective leadership across the company. Her efforts helped accelerate progress on key strategic priorities in organizational health, diversity and talent management.  

Teresa is also a certified professional coach and enjoys mentoring others. She enjoys dancing, reading, shopping and spending time with family and friends.
