Module 4: Self-Care for Managing Anger

You don’t need to be a counselor to make a difference; these are practical tools for everyday life.

    You’ll also practice:

    • Box breathing, grounding and stepping away during intense moments
    • Movement, journaling and creative expression for long-term resilience
    • Seeking professional or community support when needed
    • Creating a personal self-care plan

This module is for anyone navigating anger — survivors, loved ones, allies, advocates and anyone doing community care work.

This content is educational and is not a substitute for individualized mental-health care. If you need immediate emotional support in the United States, call or text 988
