Virtual Courageous Book Club: Set Boundaries, Find Peace

Brave Step is pleased to offer an 8-week, trauma-informed, peer-led book club for adult survivors of sexual trauma starting March 2 to April 20. Using Set Boundaries, Find Peace by Nedra Glover Tawwab, participants will explore practical tools for building healthy boundaries, reducing shame and guilt, strengthening self-trust, and cultivating emotional safety in relationships.

Volunteer Day: Crafting Blue Ribbons for Color It Blue

Volunteer March 4 during one of two shifts to create blue ribbons that spark awareness, support survivors and inspire prevention during Brave Step’s Color It Blue campaign. No skill necessary, just a caring heart and giving hands.

Those who identify as a woman and are affected by sexual violence can participate in a free survivor-led support group called Courageous Corner. Peer support group is offered to marginalized genders including women, women-identifying individuals, and non-binary and gender non-conforming people who are comfortable in a space that centers the experiences of women.
