πŸ’™ Every Day Support πŸ’™ A simple hello can me πŸ’™ Every Day Support πŸ’™

A simple hello can mean more than we realize.

When we care about someone, we often express it through connection β€” a hug, a touch on the shoulder, a big smile or a warm greeting.

But support looks different for everyone.

For some survivors, a hug may feel comforting and welcome. For others, unexpected touch may feel uncomfortable or overwhelming. Neither response is wrong.

The most supportive thing we can do is create space for choice.

Try:
πŸ’™ Would you like a hug?
πŸ’™ It’s good to see you.
πŸ’™ I’m glad you’re here.
πŸ’™ A smile, a wave, or simply saying hello

A warm greeting doesn’t require physical touch. Care can be communicated through respect, presence and honoring someone’s boundaries.

Being a supportive person means learning that connection isn’t about what we offer; it’s about what helps someone feel safe and respected.

Small moments of awareness can make a big difference.

πŸ’™ One Brave Thing πŸ’™ Summer often means camp πŸ’™ One Brave Thing πŸ’™

Summer often means camps, sleepovers, babysitters, grandparents, neighbors and new caregivers.

One brave thing this weekend could be having a conversation before your child walks out the door.

Remind them:
πŸ’™ Their body belongs to them.
πŸ’™ They can always tell you if something doesn't feel right.
πŸ’™ They never have to keep secrets about touch or safety.
πŸ’™ You'll listen, believe them and help, no matter what.

These conversations don't have to be scary.

They can be simple, calm and ongoing.

Because one conversation today can help build confidence, trust and safety tomorrow.

πŸ’™ Small Items. Lasting Impact. πŸ’™ A bracelet πŸ’™ Small Items. Lasting Impact. πŸ’™

A bracelet is never just a bracelet.

It represents time spent together.
A conversation that mattered.
A reminder that someone cares.

Throughout the year, bracelet-making supplies help create opportunities for connection during community events, awareness activities and volunteer experiences.

People don't just leave with something they've made.

They leave with a deeper understanding of how they can support survivors and help create safer communities.

Sometimes the smallest items create the biggest conversations.

During Shop for Good Week, you can help provide the supplies that bring people together. Link in bio.
