Brave Mom

Are you a mother who is a survivor of sexual violence looking to reconnect and grow?  “Brave Mom”, facilitated by Kyla Harvey, MSW, LCSWA, is here to support you!

This transformative 8-week program is designed specifically for mothers, offering a nurturing space to address trauma, rebuild resilience, and embrace self-care while navigating the challenges of motherhood. Using the therapeutic metaphor of planting, you’ll learn to cultivate patience, mindfulness, and emotional awareness—just as you nurture the growth of your own plant throughout the program.

What to Expect:

  • Guided group discussions to explore parenting challenges and emotional well-being
  • Hands-on activities to foster self-discovery and growth
  • Practical tools for effective communication, stress management and building support networks
  • Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, isolated or ready for personal growth, this group is a safe and empowering space for you to thrive.
