Brave Step has partnered with Cabarrus College of Health Sciences Occupational Therapy program to offer in-person and virtual life skills sessions!
Is trauma stopping you from achieving your goals? Do you find yourself with a lack of motivation and with lost hobbies? Are you struggling to find the time and effort to make healthy meals and to exercise? Do you feel stuck? Are you interested in using healthy coping skills?
The Master of Occupational Therapy students will be holding two free life skill group sessions. Join our students and learn valuable skills such as meal preparation tips, how to set and attain goals, relaxation strategies, and coping skills. Other skills may be included if there are other needs or requests.
