Building Positive Habits of Self-Care
A 6-week training course is now available for Brave Step clients. The course will guide you to build positive habits of self-care.
Together, we will walk through the means of self-empowerment; while learning several mental training techniques to enhance self-awareness and self-management.
What You'll Learn
Identify how your thoughts, actions, and emotions impact your overall well-being. Begin to enhance your practice of self-care by gaining insight through the ROOTS Methodology, improve personal leadership and relationship management skills to create open, harmonious, and collaborative environments in both your workplace and personal space.
Dates: Thursdays from Sept. 3 – Oct. 8
Time: 6:00-7:30 p.m.
