Team Goals
Are you, your coworkers, family, and/or others ready to take collective action?
If so, set some specific goals or steps forward that you and your group can take to be a Changemaker on this pervasive issue.
A simple-to-complete form is below to guide you in this goal-setting excercise. Additionally, a sample goal is below that for reference.

Here’s an example of a goal-setting exercise.
Team Goal: Our team goal is to share the Changemaker program with colleagues in our office.
The first step to reaching this goal is:
Gather program information and marketing materials.

- Posters if they are available.
- A spokesperson to join our community meeting.
How will you promote your efforts?
- 2-3 posters hung in the common areas.
- Marketing materials distributed.
- Share with internal or external communications team for promotion.
