Why Your Involvement Matters
Sexual violence affects millions of people, and it’s up to all of us to make a difference.
- Widespread Impact: More than 50% of women and nearly 25% of men in the U.S. experience sexual violence in their lifetime (CDC).
- Frequency of Assault: Every 68 seconds someone is sexually assaulted in the U.S. Shockingly, every 9 minutes that person is a child (RAINN).
- Collective Responsibility: One hundred percent of us are impacted by sexual violence, highlighting the need for community awareness and action.
