Biography

Erica is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who holds dual Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Criminology, a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, and is a PhD candidate with a concentration in Human Behavior. Erica has experience providing counseling services to a variety of individuals, families, and couples, in various settings and levels of care. Erica has training in trauma-informed care and prioritizes a collaborative and compassionate approach to her work in an effort to foster hope, healing, and resilience. In her previous roles, Erica has implemented the Kids Club and Mom’s Empowerment program, a series of group therapy sessions for Mothers and their children who have experienced intimate partner violence, worked as the Director of Children’s Community Based Services, Outpatient Supervisor, and was the Assistant Clinical Director for a residential treatment facility.

In her free time, Erica enjoys spending time with her family, finding the best deals at TJ Maxx, baking with her toddler, and going on walks through her neighborhood. Erica is also a fan of reality television, with The Real Housewives being her favorite franchise.
