Gentle and Restorative Yoga

Join Katie Overcash, LCSW, LISW-CP, RYT-200 for a 6-week Brave Step exclusive Yoga program.  Each class is designed with sensitivity to trauma as well as accessibility. Experience 60 minutes of Gentle and Restorative Yoga that is specifically designed for all experience levels, all body types, and all abilities. 

Gentle Yoga postures are mostly grounded on the mat, some standing, that will reinforce being gentle with ourselves, meeting you where you are, and going inward.  Restorative poses are held for several minutes, supported by props, and will serve as a place to rest. 

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat.
