Changemaker Training: “Holding Space” with Jennifer Dean, MACP, LCMHC-S

June 7 6:30-7:30 p.m. ET

 Virtual Training

The term “holding space” is tossed around quite frequently, and yet to be quite honest, do you know what it means?

On June 7 from 6:30-7:30 p.m., Licensed Professional Counselor Jennifer Dean will share with us the meaning of “holding space” and how to utilize this technique to create a safe space for those you care about.  She also will coach us on how to manage our own judgements while being present and set the tone for a kind, vulnerable, and authentic “space.”

As mental health professionals will attest, holding space has immense value in building relationships, deepening them, and preserving a trusted connection.

Anyone interested in learning about “holding space” and employing it in their lives as a loved one, friend, co-worker, employer, survivor, and elsewhere is welcome to attend. This training is free of charge.
