Morgan has extensive experience working in both clinical and community settings with a background in case management and as a Registered Behavior Technician. She has supported individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral disorders, as well as survivors of trauma, including refugees, sexual assault survivors, and victims of human trafficking. Guided by compassion and advocacy, Morgan uses an evidence-based, strengths-focused approach to help others recover and grow.

 Morgan holds a Master of Social Work from the University of South Florida and a Graduate Certificate in Social Work Theoretical Modalities with a focus on Trauma Intervention. She also earned dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Psychology and Women’s & Gender Studies from West Virginia University.
