Music Therapy Group
Brave Step is partnering with Piedmont Music Therapy to offer an 8-session, in-person, music therapy series! This series will explore self-care, emotions and creative outlets while providing space for music listening, relaxation exercises, music-making, and song lyric exploration. Musical instruments will be available as will be other materials for these therapeutic purposes, and no music experience needed.
Space is very limited, so register early!

COVID19 Screening Questionnaire completion & facial mask required for admittance.
Bus Route: Individuals can take Charlotte Area Transit System (CAT) Bus #55-Westinghouse to a stop close to our location, the intersection of Nation Ford and Westinghouse which is about 2 blocks (pictured as stop #2 on the linked map). 704-336-RIDE is the answering service if neighbors have specific questions on the route from Sharon Road W. Station, etc. Hours of operation are 5:30am-8pm on weekdays.
