Date: Jan. 15, 2026
Time: 6:30 - 8:30 p.m. ET
Location: Zoom (link provided upon registration)
On Jan. 15, 2026 from 6:30 – 8:30 p.m. ET, join Brave Step for an insightful workshop exploring the complexities of anger, inspired by The Dance of Anger by Harriet Lerner, Ph.D. This session will provide tools to understand, express and channel anger in healthy ways, helping you foster stronger relationships, personal growth, and emotional resilience.

As part of Brave Step’s Changemaker program, we recognize that protecting those you love starts with equipping yourself with the knowledge and skills to care for your own emotional well-being. By exploring anger as a powerful and constructive force, we can create healthier interpersonal relationships, reinforce healthier workplace dynamics, and foster stronger families and communities.
Workshop Highlights
During this session, you’ll learn:
Understanding anger as a tool for change rather than destruction
Identifying patterns of anger in personal and professional relationships
Learning techniques to express anger effectively while maintaining connection and respect
