It’s easy to say “I’m fine” because hiding the pain feels safer than showing it. But hiding doesn’t make it go away. For survivors and loved ones, there’s strength in being honest about the struggle. Change starts when we acknowledge what’s really happening. It’s okay to not hide it — and it’s okay to seek help. 💙 💬 If you’re struggling, we’re here to listen.
