For many in communities of color, speaking about s For many in communities of color, speaking about sexual trauma is layered with fear, shame and cultural silence. But every time someone shares their truth, they chip away at stigma.

🧠 Fact: According to the U.S. Department of Justice, Black women are more likely to experience sexual violence than white women but are less likely to report it or receive support.

This Minority Mental Health Month, we honor the bravery it takes to speak up, seek help and begin the journey, especially in spaces where silence has been the norm.
